[DUDELZ] Superheroes wear Trenchcoats

MAY FIFTH IS NATIONAL CARTOONIST DAY! Well it's also National Space Day, Revenge of the Fifth, and Cinco de Mayo, but I'm not a Latino Sith lord from Outer Space. What I am is a cartoonist, so that's why for the second year in a row, I will be posting new artwork all day featuring my colorful cast of Clarktoon characters. You'll get new comics, covers, pictures, and sketches. So, without further delay, let's go toony! 

Like Owl Dude, Saura also takes time out to take shots at comic book logic. She doesn't do it as much as Owl Dude does, but only she could tell this joke. Whenever you have a big, weird looking thing in comics, does it wear a mask and cape? No, it wears a trench coat and fedora, thus giving it the ability of invisibility. How else would you explain no one noticing a giant, talking, humanoid dinosaur in a trench coat? 

Asides from poking fun at comic book logic, I also drew this pic since I'm still thinking up designs for Saura's superhero outfit. Nothing as flashy or colorful as other superhero costumes, but nothing form fitting and revealing as her previous one. So for now, this trench coat is her supersuit. What's really funny is that while I was talking about this, Finjix and I were talking about how Ben Grimm does this in the Fantastic Four comics and how it'd be funny to see Joey do the same thing. While it would've been fun to see Joey do this, how many times are you gonna see a dinosaur in a trench coat? Well until Jurassic World 2, this is all you've got.
