I'm sure that you guys are aware by now that the Avengers have made over one billion dollars at the box office. It has actually become the 6th highest grossing film of all time, and Disney's highest grossing film. So for all those haters out there that said Disney buying MARVEL would be a bad thing, "In yo' face!" And that's not the only big Avengers related accomplishment- my Disney-MARVEL Avengers poster now has over one hundred favorites! Woo Hoo! Hooray! Yay! Thank you all who favored it that made me so happy! You guys are awesome!
And thanks to the combined effort of all you fans and the epicness of the movie, I have been inspired to do another Disney-MARVEL Avengers poster. I'm sketching it now and hopefully it should be coming out sometime soon. I'm hoping it'll get more favorites than the original poster since this time I know what I'm doing. So, keep your fingers crossed.
They must not be crossed enough because it's a- BIG HUGE RANDOM JOURNAL!
Right now, heroes are the name of the game, and Disney has some of the best. A few days ago I was at Walmart looking for new movies to watch. Actually, I found two old ones. First one is Wizard of Oz, an oldie but a goodie, and Disney's The Rocketeer. I've never seen it, but I've heard about it on the D23 Community and it sounded pretty cool. When I heard it was directed by Joe Johnston, the director of Jurassic Park III and Captain America, I was even more interested. So I watched it, and it was epic! An old, good, humble superhero. You don't really get a lot of heroes like that.
Then there's the up to date superhero like Beck, the new Tron. I just saw the first episode on YouTube, and I would highly recommend it for Tron fans. You get the voice of 9, Rapunzel, and the original Tron. You've got science, chase scenes, everything a new day Tron should have. I sure do hope this show lasts, this is one of Disney's better TV shows.
So far it seems like Iron Goof vs. Batduck is getting a lot of favorites. But guys, I'm not looking for just favorites. Those pics are for discussions. You guys are supposed to tell me who would win so I can make another picture of the victor. And it's kind of hard to do that when almost nobody's commenting. So, let's try this again, only this time comment this time. Who should face off?
→ Dulk vs. Emphasis (GShep)
→ Spider Mouse vs. The Scarlet (hypermegatailsfan)
→ ERN-E vs. Darth Vader
Leave your comment below on which one should happen.
Here's a challenge for all you Figment fans out there. For those of you who aren't part of the dA group let me explain: in order to start working on my website I need a homepage. The site is based off Pagonia, the mythical land Figment made using his imagination. And since I couldn't make a map to save my life, I was wondering if there were any fans out there that wanted to try it out themselves. His land should be colofurl with a touch of Figment here, there, and everywhere. There also has to be paths to the Dreamport, The Magic Eye Theater, and the Imagination Institute, and Figment's Cafe. You can be creative with designing these places, and they do not have to look like the Imagination Pavilion. You can also add other buildings and places too, just make sure they feel Pagonian.

Before you get your hopes up, no, it is sadly not Kingom Keepers. But, a Peter Pan prequel! First the book, than the stage production, Peter and the Starcatchers is finally coming to the bigscreen! For more details check out the clevvermovies YouTube page: www.youtube.com/watch?list=ULl…

You have no idea how busy I'm going to be for these next few weeks. As if the D-M Poster isn't enough, I'm working on a request and an art trade. First, I'm doing a request for Danni using her character Wolfie. Then I'm doing an art trade for GShep using her characters Emphasis and his father, as well as Alpha's character Aklamos. So, that oughta be fun. Especially considering I haven't told GShep what I'm doing yet and she has no idea how the pick is going to turn out. :evillol:

C'mon guys, there is only eight spots left, and I really want them to be filled. Please!
1.) Picture must be in color!
2.) No backgrounds, it will be easier to edit.
3.) Submit to the "Group Shot" folder on the 4000 group.
4.) Nothing inapropriate.
5.) You can do more than one, and you can also do robots that are not featured in the group.
And now a note about rule number five: remember we have 11 available robots and I'd prefer to get those filled in very soon. So, if you know anyone that would like to do these characters, shoot them a link to this page. Until then, would somebody sign up for them please? Here is the list so far:

The Land of Pagonia in need of some Imagination!Hey there Fans of Figment, I am currently working on a Figment fan website called "Pagonia". For those of you who don't know Pagonia is the world Figment made up in the Adventures in Learning shorts films. I plan to recreate that land online, but first I need some help from you, the oh so creative Figment Fans! I want this to be a website every Figment fan can enjoy, since they added their own little sparks to creativity in it. So, here's what YOU can do to help:
Map of Pagonia: For the home page, I need a map of Figment's little world, Pagonia.

COMMISSIONS OPEN! (0/4)
HEY THERE PEOPLE OF TODAY AND ROBOTS OF TOMORROW! IT IS I, CLARK! Hey, remember when I said I'd open myself up to commissions if I reached 500 Watchers? Well we're 25 extra watchers past that goal now, so I think it's high time for me to hold up my end of the bargain. To be fair though, I've already done so over on my Discord server. It's why I actually managed to post a few decent pictures last year. Still, that's not very few to all you weirdos on deviantART who got me to this milestone, so allow me to finally uphold my side of the deal. I am now opening commissions! However, there are a few provisos. You could say a couple of quid pro quos. Of course I had to reference Aladdin, why wouldn't I? 1) NO PORN! Yeah, it should come as no surprise that I ain't gonna draw nude pin ups or the like. My spiciness level has a limit. 2) NO SKETCH BOOMS! Sorry folks, but nobody is allowed to contribute to my regular series of sketches save for close friends. 3) PAYPAL ONLY! It's the only app I
Didn't Wanna Feel Older in 2024? TOO LATE!
HELLO THERE PEOPLE OF TODAY AND ROBOTS OF TOMORROW! IT IS I, CLARK! Gasp! It seems the new year has already started and I have yet to do the ever redundant 'Didn't Wanna Feel Old' list! How could I have forgotten? Actually, the list was already posted over on tumblr. The reason being when I posted the list last year it got my tumblr page a lot of attention. By that I mean a bunch of people liked and reblogged that then ignored everything else posted on my page. No, that wasn't annoying at all. Then again, deviantART is no better, especially with all the changes that have happened in the last five years. Seriously, please bring bag the old Notifications system, it was so much more convenient! I keep missing out on so many important updates regarding my friends due to them being on a separate page, it's the worst! Perhaps 2024 will be the year we see it return, though I doubt it. For now though, what pieces of pop culture have reached major milestones? Like with last year, my cut off
Giraffe's Eye View | Christmas Advent (2023)
Chestnuts are roasting on an open fire. Jack Frost is nipping at your nose. Mom and dad can hardly wait for school to start again. All the dogs in the neighborhood somehow learned to bark Jingle Bells in sync. Yet retail workers are still more annoyed with Mariah Carey. Snow is getting shoveled, tossed, and formed into sentient beings leading parades without permits. It makes for an excellent distraction as the Krampus abducts children for bad behavior. Fruitcake is exchanged only to find its permanent home in the garbage. Terrorists have hijacked the Holiday office party right before your boss can give you a Jelly of the Month Club membership as your bonus. And of course, the Turducken has returned to wreak its fiery vengeance upon an unsuspecting world! If all this doesn’t put you in the Christmas spirit, perhaps these following Holiday specials will! Greetings people of today and robots of tomorrow! It is I, Santa Clark, your geeky giraffe friend with a deep love of Christmas! My
An Update on the Geekiest Giraffe
HEY THERE PEOPLE OF TODAY AND ROBOTS OF TOMORROW! IT'S ME, CLARK! Last time I talked to you all it was in the thralls of panic! Three weeks later and I think you're all due for an update. First of all, my Steam account is bug free! Despite my constant complaining, to the point of even calling their HQ, Valve got back to me and proved most helpful. My thanks to the people working there who put up with my bull and calmly assisted me during my crisis. It's thanks to you that I will be keeping my Steam account, though not without having also made a GOG.com account upon @Mr-Herp-Derp's suggestion. Either way, I changed my Steam name to Geeky Giraffe and still have my backup in case that hacker tries anything else. That brings me back to Discord. My main account is still under the control of some douchebag who took advantage of my good nature. The head honchos of the online service contacted me once and I have yet to hear a word back from them since. At this point I've made my peace with

Going back to my original point, I originally thought that poster you made was meant to be a canon-Disney representation of The Avengers movie. Now realising you've made something non-canon to the series (you never said anything about that so I had to assume), I apologise for my "Disney bashing", as you call it.
